Why I want to be fat

So now you can eat what you like then get it sucked out later. Ridiculous. Just eat less in the first place. Why is it, that if you are overweight and shift some pounds, everyone tells you how great you look and is really nice to you, but if you are too thin all you get is grief?

So apparently, the big question right now is “Does how you carry your baby affect his confidence?“ According to Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jared Diamond, carrying a baby upright and facing outwards rather than in a pram can lead to them being “emotionally secure”, “self-confident” and “curious”.

So UK toddlers are the toughest food critics in Europe according to The European Toddler Nutrition Index. Apparently 69 per cent of our little blighters refuse food before slinging it on the floor in protest.

I'm proud of my NHS service

So giving birth in private hospitals is now “beyond reach of the middle class” Good, they will have to slum it on the NHS like the rest of us. And maybe then the NHS will stop getting such bad press, because I’m sick of it. They carried me safely and sympathetically through the births of my three babies.

So apparently, children’s rudeness and lack of manners is all down to lazy parenting, say grandmothers. I laughed so much at this I practically wet myself. I find my children are at their rudest and laziest after a visit to their grandparents.
